Owners and admins can reset any team member's password from the Team tab. Tap the member's name, then tap "Reset Password" and enter a new one. The member can change it themselves after logging in.
Contact support →Your company code is shown on the Team tab and in Settings. If you're locked out entirely, email us with your registered email address and we'll help you recover access.
Email us →Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription to cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
Need help cancelling? →You can request full account and data deletion at any time. This permanently removes your account, your organization, all team members, and all data associated with your company.
Request deletion →Owners and admins can change any member's role or remove them from the organization from the Team tab. Tap the member's name and select the appropriate option.
Contact support →If you're having trouble with a charge, failed payment, or need a receipt, email us and we'll sort it out quickly. Include your company name and code so we can find your account.
Email billing support →We're a small team and we actually read every message. If you're having an issue, include your company name and what you were doing when the problem happened — it helps us fix things faster.
